Datuk Dr. Mahes, director and lead consultant at Concept Fertility Centre since 1999, trained in reproductive medicine in Cardiff and assisted reproduction in Australia. A Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, he is President of MSART, Malaysia’s ASPIRE representative, and serves on the Malaysian Medical Council’s Disciplinary Board.

Specializing in Feto-Maternal medicine, Dr. Baskaran conducts detailed fetal ultrasound scans, with expertise in managing twin pregnancies, recurrent miscarriage, amniocentesis, and fetal invasive treatments. He is an active member of the Malaysian Medical Association, Perinatal Society of Malaysia, Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia, and Malaysian Society of Ultrasound in Medicine.

Dr. Nurul specialises in fertility and laparoscopic gynaecology, holding a fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery and is a board-certified member of the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons. With a focus on fertility and assisted reproduction, she is also actively involved in public education, appearing on platforms like NTV7’s The Breakfast Show to discuss topics such as fibroids, invited guest speaker in TV3 Wanita Hari Ini, Hello Doktor, Astro Awani, Astro Oasis and TV Alhijrah to discuss topics related to women health.

Dr. Ramadas is an Associate Professor at Perdana University and our visiting IVF consultant. He specializes in women’s health, covering obstetrics, gynecology, and cosmetic vaginal surgery. From pregnancy and childbirth to menopause, he provides dedicated care to support women’s health at every life stage.

A renowned expert in reproductive health, Dr Ismail serves as Acting Director of the Specialist Reproductive Human Research Center in KL and is a Visiting Consultant in Clinical Andrology and Infertility in Terengganu. Holding a Diploma in Reproductive Medicine, and a WHO Fellowship in Clinical Andrology, Dr. Ismail has authored five books and numerous publications, contributing significantly to reproductive health and family planning in Malaysia.

With over a decade of expertise in ART and having performed more than 1000 ICSI cases, Shamini is dedicated to helping couples achieve parenthood through compassionate, advanced care. She holds an MSc in Biotechnology of Human Assisted Reproduction and Embryology from the University of Valencia and the Valencia Infertility Institute (IVI), Spain.

Meera joined Concept Fertility Centre as a clinical embryologist, dedicated to helping couples achieve parenthood. With a BSc (Hons) from UTAR and an internship at the Assisted Reproductive Centre, Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz UKM, she brings a keen interest in advanced Assisted Reproductive Technology.

Fenny, our Lead IVF Coordinator and Manager of the Outpatient Gynae Department, has been a valued team member at Damai for 22 years and has dedicated the last 5 years to guiding IVF patients. She offers compassionate, round-the-clock counselling and support, ensuring each patient feels cared for throughout their journey.

Shaherra, our compassionate IVF coordinator and nurse, graduated as a medical assistant from UCMI. She guides patients through every step of their IVF journey, from managing medications to providing essential emotional support.
